Feedback: “When our team was asked to reimagine the CPS brand imagery to reflect a professional organization similar to others in our category, Jocelyn took the lead, analyzing the ask and creating options for consideration and discussion - first among our team and then with leadership. Her presentation to management was excellent; in fact, she was stopped at one point and told "this is the best marketing presentation I've seen in my career!" High praise, indeed! She's responsible for the rollout of the new imagery, and has been the leader in sourcing photography to begin the shift.”

Website navigation strategy shift
November 2022 - Audit existing site map, Identify goals and segmented audiences, Plan information architecture, User interface design built with Figma
Feedback: “Jocelyn took the lead on the website navigation project, literally managing the build and handing it over to our vendor, American Eagle. They responded with awe - they were impressed and said they'd never had anyone do such an excellent job - we were prepared and specific - they had little to do!”
